Community Conversations on Health Survey

Calling all Villager Residents of Jones, Haskell and Stephens counties! Have you noticed a gap or challenge in our health care resources? We want to hear from you! Join Renee Baptiste, our Extension Program Specialist I within the Family & Community Health Unit at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension for Community Conversations on Health! Participants  are encouraged to participate in a focus group up to 10 people to give feedback on what  health care resources and supports are needed for our community. Light Refreshments will be provided!  For your participation, you will receive a $100 Amazon gift card! Courtesy childcare will be provided by Our Loving Village and $5 donations are appreciated. Children will receive snack and have fun with crafts and bounce houses for the hour.
